I have tried to get this exact pasta to stay heart-shaped after being cooked to no avail. And it loses its color, too! Tell me, do you eat the raw pasta shapes on top, or is that just a garnish?
My apologies for posting in English. I can read French but when I have to compose my own thoughts they usually don't make sense if I write them in French. Since you posted on What's for Lunch Wednesday, I figured you could understand me, and I hope I'm right!
